Assistance abroad during the holiday

In case of breakdown of the rented car, Supershortlease must be contacted at all times. Reimbursement will only be granted with prior consent!

• Towing the vehicle to the nearest garage.
• Towing the coupled trailer/caravan.
• Reimbursement of taxi costs for travel between towing company, garage and hotel and collection of the replacement rental car.
• Reimbursement of an unforeseen overnight hotel stay in the event of a breakdown of the rental car, up to a maximum of € 100 per person per night.
• Deployment of replacement transport after 24 hours.
• Use of replacement transport based on an equivalent vehicle according to availability.
• Repatriation of a non-repairable vehicle (waiting time 1 working day, 1 overnight stay agreed max. costs see overnight stay)

• Costs incurred without Supershortlease being informed of the breakdown or damage
• Incurred Phone costs
• Food/drink/living costs

Private individuals are only covered if foreign coverage has been taken out for a one-off amount of € 75 incl. VAT. These will then only be costs that cannot be recovered by us through the brand coverage of the car manufacturer of our insurer.
